I have been involved with FourBlock for close to 10 years and the only thing that has changed are the faces of the students. What I mean by sharing that is the core deliverables and guiding principles are a constant and can apply to any and every student regardless of where they are in the transition process.

I was first introduced to a student who was an E-4 from the USMC. I was enamored with his presence and professionalism. Turns out that he was (then) a speech writer for the Obama administration. I took the time to ask this young veteran about his evolution and without skipping a beat, he shared that he owed all of his success to FourBlock. I asked if he could introduce me to anyone in Leadership so I could learn more.

Two company partnerships, countless hires, time serving as a coach, mentor, and instructor and now as I write this, I would recommend this organization to any employer, veteran, or organization who is looking to better understand the space, find amazing talent, or understand what "right" looks like.
